1. Check-in & Check-out regulations
- Check-in time is from 02:00 pm, latest check-out time is 12:00 noon.
- You may be considered for free early check-in or late check-out depending on room availability at the time of check-in & check-out. If you want to ensure 100% early check-in or late check-out, you are required to pay additional fees (based on published room rates) as follows:
+ Early check-in before 06:00: pay 100% of room fee for 1 day
+ Early check-in from 06:00 to 12:00: pay an additional 50% of room fee for 01 day
+ Late check-out after 12:00 to 18:00: pay an additional 50% of 1-day room fee
+ Late check-out after 18:00: pay an additional 100% of 1-day room fee
- Please present your identification and booking confirmation code to pass through the Security gate to ensure your safety during your stay. We hope to receive your understanding if this procedure causes trouble for you.
2. Regulations on children and extra beds
Additional child surcharges will be calculated based on the actual amount when guests check in according to the following policy:
- Children under 6 years old stay free when sharing bed with parents
- Each room can accommodate a maximum of 2 children under 12 years old:
+ Children from 6 years old to 11 years old sleeping with parents will be charged 200,000 VND/person/night including breakfast and 600,000 VND/person/night including breakfast and extra bed.
+ Children 12 years and older will be charged 700,000 VND/person/night including breakfast and extra bed.
Extra beds will depend on availability at the resort, with a maximum of 1 extra bed per room.
*** Age is determined by year, not by date of birth.
3. General regulations
- The resort reserves the right to cancel or not accept a reservation when it discovers that the reservation is fake or erroneous
- Pets are not allowed in the room
- Cooking is not allowed in the room
- Durian and other smelly foods are not allowed to be brought into and/or used in the complex
- Parties are not allowed in rooms or public areas of the complex
- No weapons, chemicals or explosives of any kind are allowed into the Hotel area at any time.
- Absolutely prohibit illegal activities in the hotel such as gambling, prostitution or use of stimulants.
- Behave properly in public places: respect the first-come-last order; Priority is given to pregnant women, people with disabilities, and the elderly; do not make noise or scream; Do not do unethical actions in public places; Manage children in public areas.
- Please compensate for lost or damaged equipment and tools in the room
- Room arrangement requests, early check-in, late check-out and extra beds depend on the hotel's room and extra bed availability. If we cannot meet your request, please comply with our above regulations.
- If we detect signs of violation of Vietnamese law and our company's regulations, we have the right to refuse service, waive responsibilities and refund service use.

5. Force majeure cases
In cases of force majeure (which means any objective circumstances that are unforeseen and unavoidable, including but not limited to strikes, civil disturbances, war, fire , floods, other emergencies or any delay in making necessary and essential repairs to the hotel...) causing the hotel to be unable to perform its stated obligations, the hotel will not be responsible responsible for any loss, damage, costs, claims, etc. beyond our control.
